2.What is the difference between this system and a DIY network IP camera?

Other than security mentioned in #1, the camera can be viewed via different mediums, web browser, 2.5G/3G WAP browser, and 3G video call can access the system. Plus, in future, we are planning to extend the viewing capabilities to IP-phone and television.
