7.Why can't I view camera images at the Home EasyWatch Service webpage?

First, you should ensure your PC meets our minimum requirements. Second, to view camera images on the Home EasyWatch webpage requires a small EasyWatch ActiveX program to be installed on your PC. Please ensure your browser settings allow ActiveX program installation when accessing the Home EasyWatch page. Once ActiveX installation is allowed, the process should be automatic. You can follow the onscreen setting as below:

Note: Taking Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 as an example, you can follow these browser steps to enable ActiveX installation.

1. Click Tools then Internet Options.
2. Click Security.
3. Ensure “security level for this zone” is set at “medium-high” or “medium”.
4. Close and reopen Internet Explorer.
