20.Why can’t I get into the Home EasyWatch service after I dial up the service number on my mobile or PCCW, eye multimedia device or eye2?

There may be due to that you have not yet registered your phone number in our system. In this case, please register it at www.pccweasywatch.com. If you have already made the phone number registration in our system, your mobile setting may be “No Caller Display” / your eye multimedia service or eye2 may have been dialed with 133 prefix. In this case, please try to call with 1357 prefix in your mobile / disable the 133 prefix and try calling 6622-1000 (or simply press the EasyWatch Service icon) again on eye Multimedia Service and eye2.
