PCCW EasyWatch Mobile 3G Video Call User Guide

1. Access

Subscriber may access the Platform through video call access on 3G networks.

Step 1: Access

To Access, User can call: 6622 2000
If mobile haven't registered in Web Portal, User should not able to proceed.

Step 2: Select Language

User May Select the Language.

• Press "1" to select Chinese
• Press "2" to select English

Step 3: Login

After selected language, User can input PIN for login.
PIN is configured on the registration page in the Web Portal
Press # key to proceed.

Step 4: Select Account

For a mobile registered in multiple accounts with the same PIN, user may select the account from the list.

Step 5: Change PIN

If the user is the first time that login, user will be prompted to change the PIN.
User should input 4-digit PIN.
Press "#" to proceed.

After changing the PIN, The confirmation page is shown.
Press Any Key to proceed.

Step 6: Select Camera

User is able to select the camera from the list to view.

2. Control Camera

If the Selected Camera Support Pan/Tilt, it allows user to navigate the orientation of the camera view. (Available with appropriate cam and service plan subscribed)

User can navigate:

• Left - Press "4"
• Right - Press "6"
• Up - Press "2"
• Down - Press "8"
• Home - Press "5"

Digital Zoom

User may perform digital zoom on the camera.

• Zoom In - Press "1"
• Zoom Out - Press "3"
