PCCW EasyWatch on eye Multimedia Service or eye2 user guide

1. Login

To login, user can:

A: Access via eye Multimedia Service platform menu

Enter via the "PCCW service" in main menu

Then, enter via the EasyWatch icon

Enter the PIN and start Home EasyWatch service.

B: Access via video calls

Step 1: Registration

User should register the eye Multimedia Service or eye2 number via http://www.pccweasywatch.com

Step 2: Access

To access, dial Personal Connection Number (check out from My Profile in your personal administration portal) or call 6622 1000 via a video call.
Default you can enter the service directly without PIN. If you have set “Use Personal Connection Number with PIN”, please enter the PIN.
User cannot proceed if the mobile number is not registered.

Step 3: Select Camera

User can select camera from the list to view instantly.

2. Camera Control

Pan/tilt control

Left - Press "4"
Right - Press "6"
Up - Press "2"
Down - Press "8"
Home - Press "5"
Start/Stop recording – Press “0”

Digital zoom

Zoom in – press "1"
Zoom out – press "3"
