"Service" means the PCCW Home EasyWatch service.

"Customer" means the customer subscribing to and using the Service. |
| 3. |
"Commitment Period" has the same meaning as defined in the General Conditions of Services ("General Conditions") of Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited (the "Company"). |

"Service Provisioning Equipment" means the equipment provided by the Company for the user of the Service from time to time including but not limited to NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem ("Modem"), equipments and camera (if applicable). |

The Service is made available to the Customer by the Company. By subscribing to and using the Service, the Customer accepts and agrees to abide by the General Conditions (save for Clauses 14.8 to 14.9 regarding renewal) available at http://www.pccw.com/eng/TermsofUse/HongKongTelecommunications(HKT)Limited.html and the Special Conditions available at http://www.pccweasywatch.com/tnc_home_en.html and the terms and conditions listed in the Application (as amended from time to time). |

The Service shall be subscribed by the Customer (who holds a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or other identity document acceptable to the Company). HK$40 monthly line rental will be waived if the Service is provided via the same Modem connecting to the standalone NETVIGATOR Broadband, eye2 Communication Package/ eye Multimedia Service and/or now TV service ("Condition"). The Customer has to pay the HK$40 monthly line rental once there is any change in the Condition. If the Service is provided through the same Modem with the PCCW Fiber Direct / NETVIGATOR Broadband service, the Customer shall notify the Company by calling the customer service hotline if the PCCW Fiber Direct / NETVIGATOR Broadband service is terminated for whatever reasons so as to arrange for the continuous use of the Service. Otherwise, the Service will terminate simultaneously on the termination date of the PCCW Fiber Direct / NETVIGATOR Broadband service without any prior notice while the Customer shall be liable to pay all the amounts set out in clause 13 below if such termination occurs during the Commitment Period. |

Installation of the Service shall only be carried out at the installation address listed in the Application. The Company shall bear no responsibility relating to any damage caused to the premises by such installation work including but not limited to the wall, the structure and/or any part of the premises. |

The initial installation provided in relation to the Service will include the installation of ONE wireless IP camera ("Camera") : plugging the Camera in the power adapter, establishing connection to the Modem, camera parameter setting, testing and commissioning. The Camera must be located within 33 feet (approximately 10 metres) from the Modem (the actual distance between the Modem and the Camera will vary from case to case depending on the conditions of the premises). Electricity source must be available within 5 feet (approximately 1.5 metres) of the Camera installed and no wall mounting or drill works will be provided. |

All the installation, maintenance and/or repairing work of any security device in connection with the Service will be provided separately by a licensed contractor in accordance with the Applicable Law (as defined in the General Conditions). |

The Company shall not be responsible for any designing work whatsoever in relation to the Service (for any particular premises or place) incorporating any security device. |
| 11. |
If the Customer terminates his subscription to the Service before installation is completed (save and except for termination caused solely by the default of the Company), the Customer shall pay the Company an administrative fee of HK$500. |

The Company will provide a one time free relocation service for the Customer. Service charge of HK$500 shall be payable by the Customer to the Company for every subsequent relocation. If relocation of the Service is requested by the Customer to an area without coverage, the Company is entitled to terminate the provision of Service without liability to the Customer and the Customer is also liable for all amounts set out in clause 13 below if the Service is terminated within the Commitment Period. |

If the Service Plan is terminated prior to the expiration of the Commitment Period for whatsoever reason including relocation to an area without service coverage, all discounts, rebates and promotional offers or rates provided to the Customer will cease on the termination date of the Service Plan. In addition, the Customer shall pay immediately upon demand to the Company, including all accrued fees, installation charges, Monthly Charge for the remaining months from the date of termination to the expiry of the Commitment Period, the Service Provisioning Equipment fee, and the value of all gifts given under the Service Plan (if applicable). |

After the Commitment Period, the Service Plan will be extended on a monthly basis until further notice. If the Customer wants to terminate the Service Plan after the Commitment Period, the Customer must provide a 30 days' prior written notice to the Company. |

The Customer shall return the Service Provisioning Equipment to the Company in good working condition immediately upon termination of the Service Plan. If the Customer fails to return such Service Provisioning Equipment in accordance with this clause, the Customer shall pay the Company upon demand such fee at the prevailing rate charged by the Company. |

The minimum computer specifications requirement for using the Service via Internet is Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1(32-bit Edition) or Windows Vista (32-bit Edition) platforms (except Mac OS), Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz equivalent or above and 1GB of RAM or above. Recommended viewing browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, with resolution of 1024 x 768. The Customer should use HTTP (port 80) and RTSP streaming port (554) for connection. The quality or functionality of the Service might be affected by external factors such as the capability of the computer hardware, software meeting the minimum requirements, internet firewall setting or other applications running in parallel while using the Service. The Company shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any loss or damages whatsoever or howsoever arising therefrom or in connection thereto or to refund any fees and / or charges paid by the Customer including but not limited to the Monthly Charges. |

Activating the Camera will consume approximately 400Kbps (uplink bandwidth), the quality or standard of the Service might be affected if other applications are running in parallel. The Customer shall ensure sufficient bandwidth for ideal viewing result. |

For mobile access (e.g.3G video call and 2.5G/3G WAP data streaming), the Service is only compatible with 3G phones with video call capability for video call access and 2.5/3G phones with 3GPP-compliant player, such as Real Player One for WAP access. The Customer shall be responsible for payment of the prevailing charges imposed by the service provider(s) for using the Service through 3G video call and data access on their platforms. The fee for viewing the Service through 3G network of PCCW Mobile HK Limited ("PCCW mobile") via video calls is equivalent to the making of local intra video calls. From now until December 31, 2011 (or such date as determined by the Company), 3G customer of PCCW mobile can view the Service via a personal connection number assigned by the Company to the Customer ("Personal Connection Number") through local video call for free. Also, the Customer can use the Service via local video call or Personal Connection Number through other mobile network(s) which has an interconnection facility established with the relevant 3G mobile service operator(s) (subject to the payment of the prevailing charges of the relevant service provider(s)). The Customer is hereby reminded that some mobile phone vendors' unique specification may not be compatible to the Service. If the Service does not function because of any incompatibility issue or the accessibility to the Service is blocked by any firewall setting of the network of the service provider(s), the Company shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any loss or damages whatsoever and howsoever arising therefrom or in connection thereto or to refund any fees and/or charges paid by the Customer (including but not limited to Service Charges and/or related mobile service charges). |

The Personal Connection Number is randomly assigned, cannot be changed and can receive incoming video call only. |

eye2 Communication Package or eye Multimedia Service users can access the Service via the service interface menu, local video calls or Personal Connection Number for free during the eye2 Communication Package/ eye Multimedia Service Commitment Period. |

72 hours recording storage is inclusive of ad hoc and motion triggered recording functions. Recorded video can only be viewed on the Service website only. The system will stop recording if storage is full. The Customer is strongly recommended to set an alert function through the Service website http://www.pccweasywatch.com or any other website to be designated by the Company from time to time. Furthermore, recorded video will ONLY be stored within the Commitment Period and the Customer shall download, store and back up the recorded videos from time to time at his own storage device. The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any video recorded or loss of data stored. |

The Customer may subscribe to a recording storage upgrade plan from 8 hours to 72 hours storage during the Commitment Period subject to payment of an additional charge of HK$50 per month. The recording storage plan may be terminated by the Customer by giving the Company at least 30 days' prior written notice. No refund of the charges paid for the recording storage plan (in full or on a pro-rata basis) will be made. |

The Company will provide maintenance and support service to the Service Provisioning Equipment during the Commitment Period provided that (a) the defect or damage to the Service Provisioning Equipment is not caused by the Customer or any third party; (b) the Service Provisioning Equipment has not been modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble; and (c) such maintenance and support service is only applicable to the consumable parts. For details, please refer to terms and conditions in warranty letter. |

The Company reserves the right to change any technical specifications or set up for using the Service without any prior notice. |

The receipt of the wireless signal for the Service may be affected by external factors (including but not limited to a wireless router or device nearby, the actual distance between the Camera and the wireless receiver or by plugging other wireless device(s) on the Modem) and the Company makes no warranty of the merchantability and quality of the Service under these cases. If the Service does not function as a result of the abovementioned factors, the Company shall not be liable to the Customer or any third party for any loss or damages whatsoever and howsoever arising therefrom or in connection thereto or to refund any Monthly Charges, fees and/or charges paid by the Customer. |

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
