"Service" means PCCW Home EasyWatch service.

"Customer" means PCCW Home EasyWatch service subscriber. "Term" means contract period. |

"Service Provisioning Equipment" means the equipments provided by PCCW Home EasyWatch service including NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem, equipments and camera (if applicable). |

PCCW Home EasyWatch service ("Service") is made available to you by Hong Kong Telecommunications (HKT) Limited ("the Company"). By subscribing to the Service, the Customer accepts and agrees to abide by the Company's terms and conditions (and as amended from time to time) for using the Service, including the General Conditions of Service ("General Conditions") published at http://www.pccw.com/eng/TermsofUse/HongKongTelecommunications(HKT)Limited.html, PCCW EasyWatch Special Conditions, published at http://www.pccweasywatch.com/tnc_home_en.html and where applicable, the terms and conditions listed in any service plan, Application and Service Literature. |

The Service provided hereunder shall be (a) subscribed and used by the Customer (who holds a valid Hong Kong Identity Card or other identity document accepted by the Company) or used by any other persons duly authorized by the Customer in this form; (b) installed at the same address as the existing NETVIGATOR Broadband, PCCW Fiber Direct, eye Multimedia Service and / or now TV service; and (c) provided via the same NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem connecting to the existing NETVIGATOR Broadband, PCCW Fiber Direct, eye Multimedia Service and/or now TV service. If the Customer ceases to subscribe to NETVIGATOR Broadband, PCCW Fiber Direct, eye Multimedia Service and / or now TV service which result in the scenario whereby our NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem is only used for the Service, the Customer shall, as from the date of the occurrence of such event, pay the Company a rental fee of HK$90 per month for the NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem. |

The Customer may terminate the Service Plan by giving the Company at least 30 days' prior written notice. If the Customer terminates the Service Plan, all discounts, rebates and promotional offers or rates provided by the Customer under the Service Plan will be terminated on the effective termination date of the Service Plan. If the Customer terminates its subscription to the Service before installation procedure to be completed by the Company, the Customer shall pay the Company an administrative fee in the sum of HK$500.00. |

If the Service Plan is terminated prior to the expiration of the Term for whatsoever reason including relocation to area that the Service does not have coverage, the Customer shall pay immediately upon demand to the Company, including all accrued fees, installation charges of HK$500, monthly Service fee for the remaining months from the date of termination to the expiry of the Term, the equipment fee, the camera fee (for Service Plan 2 & Service Plan 4) and the value of gift (if applicable). After expiry of the Term, the Company will provide the Service continuously and monthly charge will resume to HK$158 for Service Plan 1 and HK$198 for Service Plan 3; while Service Plan 2 and Service Plan 4 will continue charging at the same promotional price during the Term. |

The Customer shall return the Service Provisioning Equipment (which applicable) to the Company in good working condition immediately upon termination of Service Plan. If Customer fails to return such Service Provisioning Equipment in accordance with this clause, the Customer shall pay the Company upon demand such fee at the prevailing rate charged by the Company. |

The Company will provide one time free relocation service for Customer, if Customer requests more than one time or any period out of the Term for relocation service, he/she has to pay the Company HK$500 service charge for every relocation. The Customer shall not relocate the Service if the relocation area does not have coverage of the Service. If the Service cannot be relocated because of the above, the Company is entitled to terminate the provision of Service without liability to the Customer. |

Installation of the Service shall only be carried out at the installation address listed in this form. The Company shall bear no responsibility relating to any possible damage to the wall, the structure or any part of the premises caused by the installation work. |

The first time and one time installation service scope include ONE camera with STANDARD installation environment as follows:
• Installation includes plugging camera in the power adapter, establish connection to the NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem, camera parameter setting, testing & commissioning. • Wireless camera must be located within 33 feet (approx. 10M) from the NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem (the actual distance between the wireless camera and the NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem may be varied depending on the installation environment); • Electricity source must be accessible by camera within 5 feet (approx. 1.5M); • No wall mounting or drill jobs will be provided. |

The minimum computer specification requirement to use the Service via Internet is Microsoft Windows XP Service Pack 1(32-bit Edition) or Windows Vista (32-bit Edition) platforms (except Mac OS), Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz equivalent or above and 1GB of RAM or above. Recommended Viewing browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer 7.0 or above, with resolution of 1024 x 768. Customer should use HTTP (port 80) and RTSP streaming port (554) for connection. The quality or functionality of the Service might be affected if Customer's environment such as computer hardware, software does not meet the minimum requirement or there are internet firewall setting or other applications running in parallel while viewing Service camera. The Company will bear no responsibility on all arising loss or refund of charges including but not limited to Service charges. |

Activating the wireless camera will consume approximately 400Kbps (uplink bandwidth), the quality or standard of the Service might be affected if other applications are running in parallel while viewing the wireless camera. The Company therefore highly recommend Customer to reserve sufficient bandwidth for ideal viewing results. |

For mobile access to the Service (e.g. 3G video call and 2.5G/3G WAP data streaming), the Service only supports 3G phones with video call capability for video call access and 2.5/3G phones with 3GPP-compliant player, such as Real Player One for WAP access. The Customer shall be responsible for the prevailing charges applicable to service providers for using the Services through 3G Video call and data access on various platforms. Please be aware that some mobile phone vendors' unique specification may not be compatible to our Service. If the Service does not function because of the incompatibility issue or the service provider block the accessibility to the Service, the Company will bear no responsibility on all arising loss or refund of charges including but not limited to Service charges and related mobile service charges. |

The cost of viewing the Service through fixed line phone via video call is subject to the prevailing charges of various service providers. Viewing the Service through eye Multimedia Service via video call or service menu is equivalent to making local intra video calls from eye Multimedia Service device to PCCW mobile's 3G network. Using the Service through eye Multimedia Service means you will incur additional cost. (Note: Customer can view the Service via eye Multimedia Service free of charge before Jun 30, 2010) |

The Company will provide warranty service to the Service Provisioning Equipment provided by the Company during the Term provide that (a) the defect or damage to the Service Provisioning Equipment is not caused by the Customer or any third party and (b) the Service Provisioning Equipment has not been modify, adapt, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble. For details, please refer to terms & conditions in warranty letter. |

The Customer may subscribe for a recording storage upgrade plan from 8 hours to 72 hours storage during the Term subject to an additional HK$50 per month. The recording storage plan may be terminated by the Customer by giving 30 days advance notice. Once the recording storage plan is subscribed, there is no full or pro-rata refund of any monthly fee. |

The 72 hours recording storage plan has the following recording functions: ad-hoc and motion triggered. Recorded video can only be viewed on Service website only. If storage is full while recording, system will stop recording. Customer is highly recommended to set an alert function through our Service website http://www.pccweasywatch.com or any other website to be designated by the Company from time to time. Furthermore, recorded video will ONLY be stored within the effective Term and the Customer is therefore required to download and back up the recorded video from time to time. The Company shall not be liable whatsoever for any loss of recorded video. Customer is highly recommended downloading and storing his / her recorded videos at his/her own storage device. In additional, the Personal Connection Number of this Service is randomly assigned and is not subject to change; also, this phone number enables incoming video call only.

The quality and function of receiving wireless signal for this Service may be affected by the following, including but not limited to a wireless router or device nearby; the actual distance between the camera and the wireless receiver, or by manually plugging a wireless device on NETVIGATOR Wireless Modem etc. If the Service does not function because of the above, the Company will bear no responsibility on all arising loss or refund of charges. The Service may be affected by extraneous factors or any third parties factors that are not arising from the service itself. In view of these situations, the Company does not give any warranty on the functionality and quality of the Service. |

If there is any inconsistency or conflict between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail all our purposes. |
